    Frequently asked questions

    How/where can I view the reports?

    Our service is fully web-based, so the reports can be viewed anywhere you have access to the internet, no app installation is necessary on your device.

    Where does the data come from?

    Data is promoted to our MAT reports automatically from Sisra Analytics.  For trusts whose schools already use this service, it’s a few minutes work to ensure data is promoted correctly to the MAT reports.

    What data can I analyse within the reports?

    Key headline figures such as Progress 8 at KS4, or Value Added at KS5, as well as data for all subjects offered across the trust.  You’ll be able to view outcomes for the trust, as well as see data broken down by schools, or by pupil characteristic groups.  Reports can also be filtered by pupil characteristics, or by schools. 

    What can I view on results day?

    On Wednesday, when schools within the trust upload and configure their data within Sisra Analytics, it will also be promoted to the MAT reports.  Data is subject to embargo rules and you can control who has access the data before general release on Thursday morning.

    Can I apply DfE Weighting to the reports?

    The DfE count schools differently towards MAT headline figures, depending on how many students they have and how long they have been members of the trust.  Within our KS4 MAT reports, you can view either unweighted or weighted data.
