Melanie started working for Juniper as an HR Consultant in April 2022.
Following the completion of her BA Hons in Business and Human Resource Management in 2019, Melanie started work in a multi-academy trust dealing with HR-related duties and responsibilities, specialising in recruitment, wellbeing, safeguarding, single central record, health, and safety audits.
Melanie also has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and 9 years working in schools.

Jennifer Asebi-Antwi
Jennifer has been working with Juniper since November 2021 and has 7 years of experience in HR. Jennifer specialises in casework which entails coaching, supporting, and advising Senior Education Leaders. She is also a CIPD Mentor and an Investigation Panel Member of CIPD for breaches of CIPD's Code of Professional Conduct.
