What’s new?

We have updated our terms of service and policies, in particular those relating to how we store and process your data.

Why have you updated your terms and policies?

In May 2018, new privacy and data laws will be introduced in the UK. The major change comes from a new law called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). GDPR affects how we store and process the data you provide us and may also affect how we communicate with you. Our terms of service and privacy policy have been updated to reflect these changes.

What does this mean for me?

Target Tracker has always been compliant with UK and European data laws. GDPR affects how we handle your data and may affect how we communicate with you. Whilst these new laws mean small changes to our internal processes, this will not affect your day-to-day usage of Target Tracker and the service you receive.

What do I need to do?

Nothing. By continuing to use our software, you agree to Juniper Education for Schools’ terms of service and the addendum specifically relating to Target Tracker software. To read these in full, click here and here.

Have there been any other updates to Juniper Education for Schools policy?

We have updated our general terms of service and privacy policy across Juniper Education for Schools in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can read our terms of service here and our privacy and cookie policy here. If you work with any other Juniper Education for Schools’ services, those service teams can provide you with their updated policy documentation.
