21 July 2022 08:49 – Normal service has been resumed    

All websites and services are now live and no further issues have been reported. If you are still experiencing any issues, please email our support team [email protected].


20 July 2022 16:07 – Issues with email        

We are aware that some customers are experiencing issues with sending emails. We are investigating and will provide further updates when we have more information.

All other services now appear to be working as normal but we are continuing to monitor it closely.


20 July 2022 11:18 – Service is starting to be restored

Services are starting to be restored and some websites are now live.

We are currently waiting for confirmation from Google that normal service has been resumed. We will provide further information when we have it.


20/07/2022 09:05 – Incident affecting all customers

Due to a cooling-related failure in one of Google’s datacentres in London on 19 July 2022 our website services stopped working at around 17:30 BST.

Primarysite uses Google’s services for the hosting of our websites and due to this outage customers websites failed to load.

Our team have been monitoring the situation closely. Google restarted servers on 20 July 2022 at 04:00 BST.  They are now gradually bringing up all services again.
