Improper handling of absences and Occupational Health (OH) referrals can lead to potential discrimination claims worth up to £250,000.
To safeguard your school against these risks, school and trust leaders need to understand occupational health – specifically, how to make good referrals.
Join us on Friday, 29th September, at 10 AM for a one-off session on occupational health referrals. Don't miss out.
In a 2019 survey by the National Education Union (NEU), 81% of teachers reported that their mental health was adversely affected by their demanding workload and stress. Absences in schools are on the rise, yet many education leaders still don't know how to navigate occupational health referrals.
Poor handling of absences and occupational health referrals can lead to serious consequences, like discrimination claims, increased absences, safeguarding issues, and more negative impacts on your school staff and pupils.

This webinar is designed for headteachers, HR Managers, CEOs, school business managers, and anyone in a leadership role at a school, academy, or MAT.
