You may have received emails from other companies over the past few days who have updated you on their plans during these challenging times.
Like everyone else we are monitoring the evolving Coronavirus situation closely and our priority is to keep our customers and staff safe, whilst preserving continuity of service for schools.
Our plans may need to change but we’ve sought to come up with two simple measures that can be relied upon throughout.
- We’re migrating our staff towards home working from this week. During this time, we expect to be able to maintain our usual level of service, but please bear with us as we make this transition. You can continue to contact us via the usual channels.
- We’ve been asked to try and minimise the number of visitors coming into schools; therefore services usually provided by us in school will instead be provided using video conferencing technologies. All our staff are equipped with remote working technology to provide this with immediate effect.
We have produced a frequently asked question guide and we’ll continue to keep a close eye on what the government and health experts are saying. I hope you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy during this time.
