EYFS Schools

Hazel is an Advisory Librarian with Juniper Education. She studied a BA (hons) in Illustration for Children’s Publishing and is a member of CILIP. She has previously owned a Children’s bookshop as well as worked in schools and libraries promoting a love of reading.

Kim is the Service Manager of the Finance Support Team. She has worked in schools since 1998 and been a member of the Finance Support team since 2008.

Tracy's specialism is helping School Leaders manage day to day and complex HR issues ensuring that the School is legally compliant in HR Policies and Procedures. Tracy also provides Training on performance management and policies and procedures. She is CIPD qualified and worked with Schools for 10 years.

Chris Mack is the Support Team Leader, working with the Education HR team to update schools on the latest guidance and provides assistance for any daily concerns schools may have.

Debbie is an HR Consultant, having worked mainly within the NHS and healthcare, including hospitals, but also in the service industries, including construction and estates management, for over 20 years. She is a member of the Cipd.

Kim is the Service Manager of the Finance Support Team. She has worked in schools since 1998 and been a member of the Finance Support team since 2008.

Kathy is an experienced teacher who has taught in both primary and special schools holding a variety of roles including English Leader, SENCo and Advanced Skills Teacher. She is an experienced KS1 and KS2 moderator and an accredited trainer for a number of literacy interventions. Kathy leads a variety of training on different aspects of English within the National Curriculum including phonics, spelling, reading comprehension and writing. She also provides support for English subject leaders and a range of school based consultancy.

Beverley, Director of Regulatory Services, has been working in the education sector for 18 years leading on projects to engage those individuals who are deemed “hard to reach”. Before joining Juniper Education she was Head of an Independent school, lead for Health and Safety and Safeguarding, a member of the strategic planning board sub committee and project manager on ESIF funded provision on the Pre NEET delivery.
