Zhong has worked in education for over 15 years in schools and local governments as a languages teacher and an education adviser. Before joining Juniper Education, she managed the Chinese studies centre and China educational partnerships for Essex County Council for 10 years. She has extensive experience in developing and managing international links and joint programmes between the UK and China. Zhong has teaching qualifications from both China and the UK, and a master’s degree with distinction in Comparative Education from IOE London.

Norberto is the Educational Visits Adviser for Juniper Education. He has worked in secondary schools for 11 years and managed a residential Education Centre for Essex County Council for 20 years. Over the past 11 years, Norberto has been a member of the Outdoor Education Adviser Panel (OEAP), an assessor for the LOtC Quality Badge, and associate adviser for EVOLVEAdvice.

Steve has been working in education and education technology for over 20 years as a Trainer, Technical team Lead, Consultant and now Senior Pre Sales Consultant. He enjoys working with all members of school staff, in many different roles every day, using his expertise to find ways to solve their problems with accessible, easy-to-use systems and services.

Stephan Nicholls has worked in education for over 30 years including in leadership positions and as a Headteacher. He is now an Education Adviser, mainly for Target Tracker, but also as computing subject lead and a key stage moderator.

Emma has a Degree in Law and is a qualified solicitor. She left private practice to become an Employment Law Consultant in the banking sector for a number of years before joining the Education HR team as an HR Consultant in October 2012. Her current role includes drafting and updating the HR model policies, procedures, guidance and toolkits to ensure they are fit for purpose and legally compliant. Emma supports the Education HR team to ensure they are up to date with Employment Law developments and ensures the Education HR website is regularly updated. She also assists her HR advice line colleagues to respond to complex queries as they arise. Emma is an experienced trainer and she delivers a variety of programmed and bespoke training to schools, together with planning our training offer and developing new training courses. She is also a school governor at a Junior School in Brentwood.
